Led by an IBCLC, this laid-back open forum allows any breastfeeding mom to ask questions and learn tips and tricks for breastfeeding.

Start your baby on solid foods with confidence. Learn trusted techniques, so you’ll feel safe introducing finger foods to your baby.

This interactive class is designed for babies and their caregivers to explore early language through connection and play. Using simple stories and age appropriate games we support foundational communication skills such as listening and early sound awareness. Babies are free to wiggle, coo, and engage at their own pace while caregivers learn easy, meaningful ways to encourage language development and bonding at home.

Designed for curious, on-the-move toddlers, this interactive storytime focuses on building vocabulary, comprehension, and expressive language through playful learning. We’ll enjoy engaging books, finger plays and movement that invite participation and imagination. Toddlers are encouraged to explore, join in, and express themselves, while caregivers gain practical tools to support growing communication skills in everyday moments.
