Join us at Modern Milk in Scottsdale for an intimate evening with Dr. Cassidy Freitas, therapist and author of Mom Needs a Moment, in conversation with Megan McNamee of Feeding Littles.
Come with a friend, or come completely on your own. Truly. This evening is being created as a welcoming space for moms to walk in exactly as they are, meet other women in the same season, and feel a little less alone in all that motherhood asks us to carry.
Dr. Cassidy will share a reading from Mom Needs a Moment, followed by an honest conversation with Megan about the invisible load, the pressure to hold everything together, the moments when something small suddenly feels very big, and how we can create more space between what triggers us and how we respond.
The evening will also include a signed copy of Mom Needs a Moment, drinks, dessert, time for audience questions, conversation in a relaxed, intimate setting, and a swag bag you won’t want to miss!
